Flemish Giants
We’ve been raising & showing Flemish Giants for ~11+ years. My son Derrick first started his 4H project with only Flemish Giants. Those girls were big for a 10yr old, but he picked them up, filled his arms with them, and uuuf up the table they would go!
He learned that they were indeed the Gentle Giants, they still just adore him, as he does them! (he’s 21 now) …
Black, Blue, Fawn, Light Gray, Sandy, Steel, White, are the colors of Flemish Giants. Blue is the only color we’ve never had…I’ve made arrangements to get back to the Light Gray’s again too. Dwight is saving me a breeding pair.
Pictures very soon… We have a litter of Eight, 2 week old babies. Four fawn, four Sandy. They are from the line of Sandy Flemish Giants we’ve been developing for 5 generations. The Wikipedia page on Flemish Giants has good information too
